Participating engravers have agreed to sell official badges only to those who are authorized: Division appointees, Section appointees, National Traffic System (NTS) Officials, QSL Bureau Managers/Workers, Technical Advisors, Registered Instructors, Volunteer Counsels, Volunteer Consulting Engineers, Volunteer Examiners, ARRL Monitoring System appointees, Awards Managers, DXCC Field Reps, and Life Members.

 

• Print out and complete the order form. (See Below)
   
• Select a participating engraver from the list provided by ARRL HQ. (See Below)
   
• Gather all of the following:
  
  
  • completed order form
  • a check in the proper amount made out to the participating engraver of your choice (each engraver sets its own price for the badges, so make sure you remit the proper amount);
  • proof of appointment (current appointment certificate, appointment letter, VE credentials);
  • proof of ARRL membership (membership certificate, card or current QST label).
• Send the above to the badge engraver of your choice for processing.

Provide all of the requested information on the form below, following the instructions. Use a separate form for each badge order. (Copy and paste this form into any word processor, such as Microsoft Word to fill out and print.)
