Ballots have been counted in Section Manager elections for Vermont
and Western Massachusetts.  Terms of office begin July  1, 1996.

The results are as follows:

In Vermont
    Justin C. Barton, WA1ITZ,  234
    Ronni Stern, KA1NRR,  105
    Barton was declared elected

In Western Massachusetts
     Mark Casey, N1LZC, 163
     William C. Voedisch, Jr. W1UD 232
     Voedisch was declared elected

In eight other sections, positions were not contested.  The
following were declared elected.

In Alaska, Russell Ely, WL7LP, which became effective March 20, 1996
