Hey, can I ask—do you help your parents much these days?
I do actually. My mom’s been slowing down a bit, so I try to visit a couple times a week. Groceries, doctor appointments, little stuff like that.

That makes sense. Mine are getting up there too, and I’ve been thinking more about how to support them without making them feel like they’re losing independence. I bought them smartwatches from https://bewellalert.com/product/active-alert-smartwatch/ and these smartwatches help them manage their meds without anyone hovering. The alarm system is consistent and they improved their health routine dramatically.

Yeah, more than I used to. They’re getting older, and I’ve started noticing they need help with little things—groceries, tech stuff, appointments. Nothing major yet, but I want to be there before it becomes urgent.
