Hey, can I ask—do you help your parents much these days? I do actually. My mom’s been slowing down a bit, so I try to visit a couple times a week. Groceries, doctor appointments, little stuff like that. |

That makes sense. Mine are getting up there too, and I’ve been thinking more about how to support them without making them feel like they’re losing independence. Yeah, more than I used to. They’re getting older, and I’ve started noticing they need help with little things—groceries, tech stuff, appointments. Nothing major yet, but I want to be there before it becomes urgent. |
